A bit of History
Our venue is around 100 years old and has been a public house for most of that time. Sitting across the road from Cammell Laird shipyard, it would attract dockers in their lunch hour for a midday pint of real ale and in the later years, some ‘adult’ entertainment!
Since 2005, the building has been one of the biggest and most popular fetish venues outside of London and has more recently undergone a huge refurb. The building boasts authentic jail cells and a padded cell, as well as several zones over 4 floors which hold very unusual equipment!
Due to our unique presentation, people travel from far and wide to shoot in our venue and we have featured in magazines, music videos and films.
